Conectio is expanding its presence in Poland and looking for a motivated HR Sales and Marketing specialist/trainee to join the team and to help us build brand awareness and promote our HR services on the Polish market.

What you are going to do?

• Create and adapt website and social media content based on Conectio CZ and international materials.
• Cooperate with the Marketing Team and your manager on planning and delivering webinars.
• Contact webinar participants via phone to gather feedback and identify sales opportunities.
• Assess sales potential of leads through strategic questioning and data analysis.
• Maintain regular contact with leads through various communication channels.
• Qualify and disqualify leads based on established criteria.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies.

What we expect?

• Experience: Trainee or Junior level – ideal for someone starting their career and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and a strong focus on achieving results.
• Polish (native language) and English (advanced level) - both written and spoken.
• Passion for Human Resources, digital technologies for HR, and Artificial Intelligence.
